understand the time constraint for our customers and try our
best to fulfill their order on time. We believe in the mantra
of "On-time delivery". The smaller quantity or as agreed order
is completed and shipped within 30-35 days to the destination
of your choice. If you require the products urgently, we can
dispatch them by air transport.
Kindly note that you will be responsible for the safe and
timely payment of invoice by a method acceptable to Somoti
Traders. Credit is not extended without prior approval. If
you have already established availability of desired stones
and wish to expedite delivery, please use certified funds.
Personal cheques must clear our bank before we can ship stones
for protection of all parties involved.
Goods remain the property of Somoti Traders until paid in
full. Somoti Traders reserves the right to refuse to fulfill
your order for any reason, including, but not limited to,
the unavailability of a product and product descriptions posted
on our website or in our printed literature. By placing your
order, you agree that Somoti Traders' total liability, under
any legal theory or claim, shall be limited to the purchase
price actually paid to Somoti Traders.
Customer should specify preferred shipping carrier. If not
specified, Somoti Traders will assign the carrier without
assuming responsibility for delivery time or charges. Merchandise,
which is not sold under a free shipping promotion is usually,
shipped freight collect. Somoti Traders is not responsible
for merchandise damaged in transit. You must make claims for
damage or shortages to the delivering carrier.
Somoti
Traders is not responsible for normal wear and tear or for
damages caused by shipping, accidents, misuse, alterations,
or improper installation. Although all products sold by Somoti
Traders are made to the highest standards in the construction
industry, we are not responsible for the negative effects
of climate, pollution, acts of God and long or semi-permanent
installations.
Sales tax is not included in Somoti Traders' prices and is
additional where applicable unless signed certificates of
exemption are furnished and approved. All disputes or differences
whatsoever shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with
the rules of arbitration of the Indian Council of Arbitration
and the award made to pursuance thereof shall be binding on
both of us.
With customer satisfaction being our number one priority,
we do all that it takes to get your package to you on time.
Our orders are double checked prior to even going out the
door, to ensure where, when and how they are being shipped.

Shipping Charges
We ship most items using standard rates, which are based on
the weight of the package, the size and the shipping distance,
or by any other method a customer may require. Please call
our office or mail to us for further price and charges query.
Lead Time
Our motto is to deliver best quality natural stones in best
possible time. So generally we complete our orders in time
but external factors are always there to affect you. We can
try to minimize them.
Backorders
We strive to keep all products in stock, but sometimes we may be temporarily out of stock on a particular item. You will be contacted by phone or e-mail if you have ordered a backordered item. You may choose to wait for the item or you may cancel it from your order. If you would like to wait, the backordered item will be shipped out to you automatically as soon as we receive it.
Returns
Your satisfaction is guaranteed
with every order. If for some reason you are not completely
satisfied, we will gladly exchange, replace or refund any
product that does not meet your expectations, subject to be
following restrictions:
- You must contact us within ten days from date of purchase
to receive a return authorization.
- Returns must be accompanied by the original sales slip.
- All items must be returned in new condition with all
of the original packaging materials.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases
of defective merchandise.
